All "L"s--lovable, loving, lucky, loss, lean, long, and lithe
Palmer can be described by the letter "L"...first of all, Lucky and Loss. He and his three siblings were accepted by Castaway Critters because of their urgent circumstances--one-week old kittens surrendered to the York SPCA on Good Friday, desperately needing a foster home that could provide 24/7 care, given the very limited resources of the YSPCA. Luckily, that home was found! Palmer's losses began when he lost two of his very fragile siblings. Then luckily, he was spared catching an extremely deadly virus that almost took the life of his sister EasterLily, but lost the bond with his sister as she had to be moved to another foster home. Palmer, estimated to being born on Palm Sunday, can physically be described by all "L"s. Believed to have Abyssinian in his lineage because of his looks, he is extremely long, lean, and lithe...the longest legs, body and tail, and triangular face with his large eyes and ears that his foster caregiver has seen. As he is maturing, his grey fur is becoming shorter and more shimmery. Palmer's personality can be described with just two "L" words-LOVABLE and LOVING. He loves playing with his companion Versace, with whom he grew up. Palmer would be lucky again if he would be adopted with Versace, but he can also be adopted solo. Palmer faithfully uses a scratching post/pad and his litter box. He is neutered, microchipped, FIV/FelV negative, has had all age appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, and has been vetted for and completely healed from a minor injury. Palmer would Love to have the great luck of being adopted into a loving "furever" home...and you will be very lucky to have Palmer in your heart and home.
