Meet Joanne! Joanne was found outside in a feral colony with her injured feline friend, Fred. Fred had a broken leg, so Joanne would continually lay on him, clean him when he wasn't able to clean himself and smother him with love on the days that he couldn't stand. Their colony caretaker reached out to Castaway Critters, and we immediately brought them in to the rescue.

Joanne is still checks on Fred, but she spends a lot of her days nurturing the other kittens in her foster home and playing with the dogs in her foster home. She is very outgoing, friendly and loves human touch as well! She plays with toys and she loves to watch the birds outside.
