Garfield - Amazingly affectionate lap snuggler!

3/27/13 - Hey Annette, Just wanted to give you a Garfield update. I took him to the vet in January and it turns out he had an ear infection. Which is why I think he was nipping when we would pet him. He is better now and hasn't tried to nip at anyone as of late. Him and Luna are best friends now.. it took awhile but they groom each other and nap together just about every night. Garfield helped get Luna out of her shell and she is now much more sociable. Everybody loves Garfield and Garfield loves everybody :). I attached some recent pictures. Mary

Choco-Latte - Playful and adorable!
Choco-Latte - Playful and adorable!

3/18/13 - Chase (formerly Choco-Latte) is great. He slept with me as of the first night .....he has a great personality. I am thrilled with him and I think the feelings are mutual. Thanks for asking. Barbara

Smudge

3/4/13 - Smudge and Bo are doing great. Bo thinks it's time to play when I go to bed and runs around the house like a nut. Sometimes they sleep with me, but they're doing awesome. I'm so lucky to have them. Thanks for checking. Krystal

Angelina - Saved from abusive home
Angelina - Saved from abusive home

2/14/13 - Hi Annette, Just wanted to catch you up on Angie. She has been doing really well and seems more and more comfortable everyday. She really loves Jim and gravitates towards him often. She has become playful and carries her little mice around. We had our daughter's dog here last week and Angie pretty much avoided her. We kept some gates up so Angie still had her space without the dog (Roxie is the dog's name) bothering her. They did have a face to face meeting and they both just looked at each other and then Angie ran off. Thanks for bringing Angie in to our life! Barb >

Warren

Good morning Pat, Here's a current picture of Warren. He's one happy and content little boy too. He loves playing and wrestling with his brother Pico, and has now come to like playing with Pico's favorite toys, his mice. Warren also loves playing with his big sissy, Mindi, and especially loves when she gives him a bath. He has no problem telling you when he's hungry, and thinks that every time we walk into the kitchen, we need to give him something to eat...haha. He also likes to sit and watch TV, and tries to catch whatever is moving in the screen...haha. He likes to purr and talk when others are around and loves being with people. He's such a good and cute boy and we are very happy that we adopted him too! That makes 3 babies that we've adopted from Castaway, because we adopted Mindi from there a little over a year ago, and we could not be happier! Thanks! Beth
