Cecelia is a beautiful young adult cat that was a stray and was "taken in" by a family. They never had her spayed and would let her go outside and wouldn't you know it, she got pregnant. That's when this family decided they were just going to put her and her kittens outside and stop caring for them. Luckily, a cat lover found out this information and Cecelia and her kittens found their way to a loving foster home. She loves to talk and purr. She enjoys playing with her kittens and she is such a good momma. She gets along well with other cats. She is being fostered at The Blue Dog Pet Shop in Lemoyne. Come meet this sweet beautiful girl!
