Hi! My name is Farley. The meaning of the name Farley is "from the bull pasture" and my foster mom gets a kick out of this because I am a big boy and she says I could be the size of a small bull, lol, although bullheaded I am not. My foster mom says that my heart is as big as I am. I have had an "owner" in the past and then was surrendered to a shelter. My foster parents can't figure out why, other than perhaps this "owner" did not know how big I was going to get, I feel perhaps it is because I am meant to be with you? I absolutely love everyone that I meet and I am not stingy with the kisses I give. My foster mom says my eyes are full of soul. I get along great with other dogs and I adore the foster kids I live with (they are elementary age). I am curious about the cats in the house, but I pretty much just ignore them. I love to play tug of war and ride in the car. My foster mom says there is not a day that goes by that I don't make her laugh or smile, because I am such an easygoing type of guy. Everywhere I go people just make such a big fuss over me and I can't get enough of it! I am completely housebroken and will let you know when I have to go by coming up to you and laying my head on your lap. I do great on a leash and I walk to the elementary school every afternoon, and love seeing all the people and kids there. I also know simple commands. My foster parents say that my pictures just do not do me justice. The only simple request I have from life is to be loved and find a place that I can finally call home.
