Lovey was a West Shore stray who was taken in by a kind family who would have kept her in a heartbeat if they hadn't already taken in six cats. Lovey had great fun playing with the family's dog. "I can still see her and our Golden Retriever running around playing hide and seek - it was so cute," wrote her original rescuer. "She is a very special kitty and enjoys being cradled like a baby. Whenever I called her name, she came running just like a dog would! We hope she gets placed in a loving, caring home."

Lovey is affectionate, enjoys being petted and follows her foster mom around the house keeping her company. She has recently become an official lap cat who purrs up a storm while she's lap lounging. She does not, however, like other cats, so this is a kitty who must be the one and only cat!!
