Theodore is a wonderful cat! He's really great with the other cats in his foster home, he's very calm, and he has no annoying habits. He transitioned into his foster home so smoothly it was hard to believe he was the new guy. He's not fussy about his food, he's the perfect litter box user, he's friendly, and he's very gentle. He'll often come up to me and nudge my hand to be petted. Theodore was found wandering around a housing project in the city of Harrisburg trying to get inside. A kind woman called a friend in animal rescue who took him in and contacted Castaway Critters. Before we were able to take him, Theodore lived with a temporary foster mom who wrote this about him: "Wow, what a nice cat. He gets along great with my other cats. I will often see them laying near each other. He enjoys relaxing in front of the sliding glass doors and watching the birds. He likes to play too! Which is really cute to watch considering what a big cat he his. He stalks his "prey", usually soft toy balls or mice and then pounces on them! He loves his wet food! He will eat his bowl and then finish up whatever is left by the others. He likes to come to bed with us too sometimes. Typically every night when we are watching TV together he will come over, looking like he wants to be invited up on the couch. I will pat the space next to me and sweetly coax him to join me! How cute is that!" Theodore was already neutered when he was found, has had his vaccines updated, and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. He'll be microchipped before adoption.
