Sierra - Affectionate and playful! 8/3/11 - Hi Annette: We changed Sierra to Zoe--and yes, she's settled in quite nicely. She cracks us up as the alpha cat--and she's very clean b/c she's constantly washing herself! My youngest son has in her in "mouse training," and he thinks she's doing very well except for her element of surprise--he thinks she needs to slow down! :) Also, I have the kids work on school stuff at the table while I"m on my computer, and Zoe loves sitting on the table helping them. On a serious note, we are all pleased at how much she's a people cat. She spends her day hanging out with us and watching the birds from the living room window sill. Her vet visit went well. She had a yeast infection in her ear, but the vet cleaned it out. She'll be going again in October w/ the rest of the zoo for their yearly shots--I get a discount if I bring the whole crew in at one time rather than spreading it out over the year. I think that's about it. Pls. check in at any time! ~Wendy K. |
