Twinkie Terrific - Adaptable Lap Cat! 2/17/15 - Good morning Annette. Twinkie is doing great! She loves us and is still getting use to the dog. She jumped on my bed the first night and follows my husbands every step in the am as he gets ready for work. She is just a wonderful cat. We crate our dog at night as we always have and this helps. Ms. Licorice - Sleek, sweet and playful! 1/14/15 - Hi, Annette. I just wanted to update you on Ms. Licorice, the gem I adopted from you 3.5 years ago. She is an affectionate and confident cat. My others hide when company comes, but Licorice hangs around. She is playful and races to get into my bed at night. Here is a picture. Susan P.S. Also, may I add that I never adopted an adult cat before. She was about 16 months when I got her, yet she adjusted from the day I brought her home. And, I got a cat who was already neutered and vaccinated. I would consider another adult in the future.
*TILLY 9/25/14 - Hi Barb! I wanted to give you a quick update on Allie cat. She has been such a perfect addition to our family! We still have some minor growling from my Catie kittie, but overall, weâre doing GREAT. She LOVES to play â with everything! And she LOVES her Daddy! Sleeps with him every night⦠ALL night! She looks at him like sheâs totally in loveâ¦.! What a sweetie-pie! Tammy & Geoff PS â she LOVES to pounce on toes in the AM! J
Cooper - Meet me at PetValu in Lemoyne 9/5/14 - Hi Annette. Sorry for the delay in an update. First of all, Cooper has undergone a name change. My brother Tom visited last weekend and noted how much he looks like a lion. He suggested the name Linus whereupon I said how about Lionel. At that very moment we heard the train whistle and took that as a sign. So Cooper has officially become Lionel, which means "Little Lion." He does sleep a lot and tends to "hide" in my bedroom closet or behind the living room couch when he sleeps. But he comes out at night for affection and has taken to perching in Cassie's old dog bed on the living room floor so I am seeing more of him. Ursie is accepting him more now. I actually saw them touch noses last night! The last time she growled at Lionel was last Saturday night and that was only because she was jealous of all the attention Tom was giving him. He is so sweet and friendly to everyone. I take him to my vet tomorrow for his first checkup. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him until I could give him his furever home! Ellen P.S. I'm actually a two-time success story because Ursula (Ursie) came from Castaway in November of 2011.
Stacey - Front declawed 8/23/14 - Annette, She is doing fantastic! I recently renamed her Cinderella, Cinder for short. She hid from us for the first two days, but then started coming around. She rubs all over us and cries in the middle of the night for attention. She's been sleeping at the foot of the bed. She is very playful with her catnip mice and my socks that she takes out of the hamper. She's still skittish at loud noises and quick movements. Everyday I can tell she gets more comfortable and social with us. We are going to experiment with some visitors soon. I'm expecting her to dash and hide, and that's ok. My ten year old at my parents just in the past year has started to at be somewhat around our visitors. She is happy here, and we're happy to have her! Brittnie P.S. I love her.
