Pumpkin - Declawed Maine Coon Mix
Pumpkin - Declawed Maine Coon Mix

10/19/10 - Annette, Hey things are going well. Pumpkin...renamed Rusty by the kids has fit in just fine. All cats seem to be getting along quite well and believe it or not he has proclaimed himself a lap cat. He has taken to joining Cecil the cat in sleeping with my daughter, all 3 of them snuggled up, or crashing in my bed. He is so loving. My indoor food seem to disagree with him the first few days so I switched to a sensitive stomach formula and I think he is doing better. Of course could have been just the excitement. We will get him to the vet this week but he does seem very healthy and definitely happy. He loves the laser light and is very happy to lie down with Eve as she reads to him. Seems like he was meant to be one of the family. We will keep in touch. Thanks again, Lorie

Hip Hip Horray my brother Baliey and I are now living in a really nice house with lots of toys to play with and our very own little boy and girl to cuddle up with. Who could ask for more?

Prince - Lovable Lap Cat!
Prince - Lovable Lap Cat!

12/6/09 - Hi, Annette. Please don't laugh at their new names (Butch and Lucy). When I brought them home, you'll never guess where they hid. Not in the baskets and boxes I had for them, but they hid behind my dryer. I couldn't believe that I could actually put them in my lap on the floor and trim their nails! Later that day, since I had been up since 4:00 a.m., the boys (the dobermans) and I decided to take a "cat nap" haha. While we were sleeping Butch & Lucy came up the stairs and hid under our bed. I can't believe the boys didn't see them coming down the hall, but then again, we were taking our "cat nap". My husband adores them! Over night I put them in our t.v. room and shut the door. Come this morning they were served a tablespoon of warm canned (purina indoor) food. They probably thought, WOW, this is sweet! Oh, my god! They're just the sweetest things. They rolled on their backs and purred and kneaded. I thank you so much for the way you took care of them. I''m soooooo very happy! Bonnie

We adopted Paige, whose name is now Annie in September 2007 and would like her picture to be listed in the Success pictures. She is thriving in her new environment and is the most loving dog. Courtney Lewis
