It's hard to believe, but Annabelle has been in foster care with Castaway Critters for mroe than 2 years! We know what you're thinking: what's wrong with this cat? Well, nothing, actually, except a slightly shy nature.

Annabelle came to Castaway as a kitten. She received a number of applications, but everytime an approved adopter went to meet her, she hid! Now she's a beautiful, sweet adult cat who's had to put up with a lot of comings and goings of other foster cats. And all she wants is a forever home and a very special person (or family) to call her own.

Annabelle is a loving, affectionate girl who absolutely adores lap sitting. She also loves to purr and give wet kisses. And she has truly beautiful, rich chocolate- and caramel-colored markings that seem to be impossible to capture in a photo! Her shy nature will probably never go away, but she'll make a wonderful pet for someone who is looking for a kitty who is loving and serene -- but also playful.
