Rags turned up at a high-kill shelter in KY, and is now in a foster home in PA. He is 1-2 years old and about 10 lbs in weight.  He is good with other dogs, friendly and social! 

His adoption donation includes neutering, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming.

Rags is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting him. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.
