We think she is blue chi and terrier.  She went into the home of an elderly lady who loved her, but Lacey was around her feet and she was afraid of falling -- I think actually tripped over her once while out in the yard. So she ended up in a high kill shelter in WV where she was afraid of all the big dogs and loud barking in the shelter.   Castaway has brought her to PA and she is in a foster home but Lacey is really sweet and needs a home of her own!

Her adoption donation includes spaying, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming.

Lacey is in foster care so please complete an application before meeting her. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.
