Astonishing turnaround!

Landon is the sweetest, most gentle cat and is great with other animals. In his original foster home, he lived with dogs and cats and got along fine with everyone there. He's currently living with other cats in his new foster home, and he's doing great with them, too. (His original foster mom wasn't able to continue fostering, which he why he moved to his current home.)

Landon had a rough past, but he's come a long way! When he first came to Castaway Critters, he was terrified of everyone. He was found in a neighborhood where he was constantly picked on. In his first foster home, he made quite the turn around. He blossomed into a wonderful companion who loved to wrap around legs and purr, and he became good buddies with another male cat.

Landon spent the entire first month at his current foster home hiding under a dresser. He gradually started being out and about, interacting with the other cats. Now, after several months, Landon has completely adjusted to his new home and has become the most amazing cat! He greets his foster Mom with the sweetest expression, follows her all over the place and, astonishingly, has recently become a lap cat! By the way, Landon isn't caged, as some of his photos might seem to indicate. He sometimes likes to go into an open cage and hang out there for comfort.

Landon is neutered, current on his shots, has tested negative for feline leukemia and is the perfect litter box user. This is not a cat for just anyone; his adopter will have to be a very patient person. And because he's so terrified of unfamiliar people and unfamiliar places, he'll need to be adopted with one of the other cats he's living with.
