Hi there and thanks for checking me out. I'm Zeero, named after the ghost dog in Nightmare before Xmas. I was born to a stray kitty in a barn but luckily for me and my siblings it was the barn of a Castaway dog foster. We were found at about 2 weeks old and boy were we tricky to catch. I was really scared at first and stayed as far away from the human mom as possible but boy was she persistent. She held me everyday, bathed me, loved me and when I was old enough to have run of the house I would seek out attention and sleep in bed with the humans. I enjoy being petted but not always held, I rather prefer to lay beside you on the couch to be stroked. I am very playful and love chasing a laser light and father sticks. I do leaps and amazing feats that defy gravity when in play mode. I am going to have medium legnth fur of mostly black but have some very pretty lighter stripes coming through. My momma was a tabby with calico highlights and my sister a black torti but my marking are becoming the most unusual and promise to be a beautiful cat when I grow up. Oh, did I mention how much I like dogs. We grew up with dogs and followed the one everywhere. We stole his dog food, climbed on top of him like a jungle gym and slept curled up with him too. So I will be great in a dog friendly home but be aware I have no idea dogs can be dangerous to little kitties so you must be aware of that for me.
