Jackie is a very sweet dog approximately 1-2 years old.  He was dumped in West Virginia, found by someone who wanted to help him but who simply tied him to a tree in the back yard and gave him just the basics (food and water). He is so loving and curious and seems to be so happy to be rescued and to get to go on daily walks. He is certainly enjoying the simple things in life. Pickles is a bit shy at first but when someone shows him some love he is very affectionate; he just has never been shown love so it is all new to him!  Pickles weighs approx 40 lbs. and has the prettiest chocolate brown coat!  He does well with other dogs and has a very lovely demeanor.  He just LOVES to play!  If you would give Pickles a chance and come to meet him, you will fall in love with him as he rests his head in your hands or lap and just melts as you pet him.  He soaks up the love!!!  Won't you please consider filling out an application to adopt Pickles???  You won't be disappointed!
