Lainey is a very affectionate, front-declawed cat who's as cute as a button! She's not crazy about other cats, but she's made a remarkable adjustment to living with a bunch of other foster felines. When she first arrived at my house, she was alternately aggressive toward and scared of the other cats. But over time, she became a wonderfully affectionate lap cat who loves to give wet kitty kisses. I wouldn't, however, recommend that she be adopted into a household with young children.

Lainey sleeps in the funniest places, mostly places that would seem to be very uncomfortable. One of her favorite spots is on top of the TV. As you'll see below, she's slept in a basket that's way too small for her, and she often sleeps on top of the radiator. The other day I caught her curled up inside an empty wastebasket. This is not a cat you need to spend a lot of money on soft, fluffy cat beds!
