UPDATE:HANK AFTER ALL WILL BE COMING INTO OUR RESCUE! I AM VERY SORRY FOR THE MIX UP!
This beautifal boy came from a private home in TN, fill your application out now, because he won't last long!
Original caretaker's notes:
He's a small Beagle, 24 lbs, classic tri-color, only about 1 yr old by his teeth. He was limping terribly and had cuts and bruises all over - my guess is someone dumped him out of a moving vehicle, or he fell out of a pickup, but may have just been running hard through brush and all for days... no way to know now! He has healed up well and moves like a normal Beagle now - bouncy and always zig-zagging around with his nose to the ground. He LOVES other dogs, and is really good with my cat, as long as he doesn't run. He likes kids, but is hesitant at first with men, and submissive and cringes at sudden moves, which adds to my suspicions that he was mistreated and then dumped. He's very snuggly and loves to be held, and is relatively quiet and very well behaved in the house, especially for a young, male, Beagle!! I think we have him solid on housebreaking now -he definitely had heard of the idea, but "forgot" or got distracted easily at first.
