This little dog came to a high-kill shelter in West Virginia and soon developed Parvo. She has since overcome her Parvo scare and is now thriving and doing wonderfully. Ellie is a wire-haired terrier of some sort and she needs to add a couple pounds, but she is a sweet-tempered, very loving little girl.
