Little Jacko will be arriving with us on October 6th from a very high-kill shelter in West Virginia. The following is the profile from the originating shelter:

Jacko is JRT/Beagle that was hit by a car in Paden City, WV. He had a dirty collar on so we guess he was kept as an outside dog or has been running for some time. He is now neutered and is a little skinned up but doing fine. Jacko is approx 25lb and 2 years old.
