Benson is a happy-go-lucky guy who loves people and other cats! (In the photos below, you'll see him sharing a cat nap with Jack, an orange cat, and having lunch with Seneca, who's been adopted.) He's such a joy to have around because he's playful, affectionate, and lots of fun. I've never had a foster cat who had so many kitty playmates; he loves to play/wrestle with several of his housemates. As a result, he'll need to be adopted into a household with at least one other playful pet. This isn't to say that he's a wild man. Not at all. He's calm much of the time, and he's very affectionate, always finding opportunities to rub up against me. He's recently become a serious snugglebug in bed at night.

Benson was found in Mt. Joy by a Castaway Critters dog foster parent who decided he was such a friendly kitty that he needed to be added to our foster cat program. He's a bit older than many of our other foster cats, but he's in great health, based on the results of a recent exam and blood work that was done before he had dental surgery. His slightly crooked face is very endearing and may be the result of an injury to his jaw.
