Jackson is just a little sweetie pie who loves to be outside with us while we are working in the garden. His short little stubby legs are just adorable as he hops through the grass to get to us or to chase after one of my big labs. After he is done playing he loves to crash on our lap and snooze away. That's when I get to play with his extra-long ears and stroke his velvety muzzle. Nothing is cuter than a baby Bassett!

Adopters should be reminded that all puppies mouth and with their sharp little teeth that can be painful, so I am working with all of the puppies to not mouth on people but to mouth their chew toys. Due to the small size of these puppies, I will not adopt to families with children under the age of five.
