UPDATE- Sweet little Lady is doing great. Her hair is growing back, and she's healing up nicely. She is house broken, snuggly and loves everyone she meets. We are now working on basic training, and she will do pretty much anything for treats. By next weekend she will have a follow up vet visit where we hope she will be completely mange free. Once that is confirmed, she will be available to go to her forever home!

Lady is great with my 3 year old, and we catch her cozied up in bed with him some mornings. She is one of the sweetest most laid back dogs we've fostered. She will fully recover from her mange (almost there!) and be perfect. The vet feels that she will have no lasting effects. Despite having been a victim of extreme neglect (and as a testament to wonderful personality) she has adjusted extremely well to a house full of other dogs and a 3 year old little (human) boy. She has learned to trust us and will happily lay next to us but is not at all pushy about it. She is playful with the other dogs and is happy to see everyone she meets.
