Penelope is all kitten! She plays, she runs, she sleeps, she jumps in her foster mom's lap and does it all looking cute, cute, cute! Penelope was a very young stray found in the city of Harrisburg. But you'd never know she had a tough start. She's affectionate, always uses a litter box and gets along fine with the adult cats she lives with. She really likes to help her foster mom at the computer. When it's time for a nap, she just falls asleep next to the keyboard or on her foster mom's lap. Penelope is spayed, current on her shots and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV.
