Contact Ricky & Ricardo -No 'splaining necessary!'s Caretaker/Foster Directly: Annette (alr20@comcast.net)
Hi, folks. I'm Ricky (tiger), and I'm Ricardo (black), and we've got no 'splaining to do! We're kittens, and that means we're adorable, friendly, playful, lovable and too, too cute for words!
We were abandoned on the mean streets of Harrisburg, defenseless little kittens with no one ... Okay, that's not quite our story, although we WERE left outside our foster mom's workplace in the city of Harrisburg in a cardboard cat carrier with a note that the person who'd been caring for us couldn't keep us any longer. Of course, we figured how to get out of that flimsy carrier pretty quickly and were playing outside the box by the time someone arrived at work. Our foster mom doesn't usually foster kittens, but she decided she couldn't put us in another foster home because, as we mentioned earlier, we are just too, too cute! From the start, we've used our litterboxes faithfully and eaten anything put in front of us. In other words, we have no bad habits. Some of our adult foster cat housemates aren't too thrilled with us, but we don't care. They're just a blip on the screen, a minor roadblock, a small obstruction on our way to fun. We LOVE to purr and talk to our foster mom about lots of things. We don't have to be adopted together, but what the heck, we're brothers, and we're like two peas in a pod. And whether you adopt one or both of us, you're still going to have to fork over $40 to Castaway Critters. So why not take advantage of the 2-for-1 deal? By the way, we still need to be neutered, so we won't be available for adoption until late July. We have tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV and received our first distemper shots. For more information on us, please contact our foster mom Annette in Harrisburg at alr@paonline.com. She'll confirm all of the above, or we'll have to lick her into submission!
