Meet Terk, aka Turkey! Terk was surrendered to Castaway with his Mother, sister and 4 nieces! Terk is a quiet boy, but the most loving companion you will ever meet! He enjoys head rubs, belly rubs and just snuggling with you in general. Terk had to go under a major abdominal surgery while he has been at the rescue. His intestines were wrapped around themselves like a barber pole, resulting in severe dehydration and malnutrition. He is officially on the mend after weeks of medications, TLC and follow up appointments. 

Terk is going to make a wonderful companion with someone. He is dog friendly, cat friendly and kid friendly, as long as they are cat friendly kids! He spends most of his days snuggling his foster Mom and furry foster siblings. He is a very relaxed 1 year old!
