Hoffman is a very playful kitty. All toys are a game to him. You need a supply of them and just keep throwing for him to chase. He chirps as he chases them around the room. He is quite talkative. He is fine with being held and loves to cuddle on laps. He has a great soft purr and will purr in your ear when you hold him. He has not been around cats much. So far the limited interaction in his foster room seems to be okay. Because he is rather large kitty, he might play rough at first until he learns to settle down. We are not sure how he will react with dogs as he was in his carrier when a young man took him into his house. The very large dog attacked the carrier and destroyed it. Hoffman was very lucky the carrier protected him. We did do some dog testing when he was at the vet for his neuter and he appeared to be fine with dogs barking and actually seeing dogs. That is a good sign! This cat is neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.
