Catherine is an adorable, lovable, affectionate cat who loves to play with toy mice and anything that swings around in the air! She's quite gentle and very beautiful. Catherine is somewhat intimated by other cats, so she'd do best in a household where she's either the only pet or one with a laid back cat or dog.

It's doubtful that Catherine is a pure bred Maine Coon since she's small, but she certainly has all of the characteristics: long ear tufts, exceptionally long fur and the classic M on her forehead. She's also not a lap cat, which friends tell me is typical for Maine Coons. Bcause of her very long fur, she'll need regular brushing to keep her looking her best. Not that she seems aware of her calendar-girl face. This one has looks AND personality!

Catherine does have one problem: she occasionally has litter box accidents. They occur randomly and always right outside the box. We're not sure why this happens, but we're hoping that some special person will be willing to love her for the wonderful cat she is, even if she isn't perfect.
