Ginger is an approximately 2-year-old female hound mix. She is about 45 pounds but thinks she is a lapdog. She is a sweetheart and loves to snuggle. Her favorite games are tug and fetch. She's gotten pretty good at fetch and can sometimes even catch the ball in mid-air. She also loves to go for walks, sniffs the ground constantly, and greatly enjoys chasing birds and rabbits. She is very fast.
Ginger is housetrained and does not chew on items in the house. Ginger has received some treatment for some allergies which has gone well according to our vet. She begins desensitizing shots in October and Castaway will insure this treatment is completed. The vet has said this will fix most of the issues, but she may scratch sometimes moving forward.
