Neil is a handsome brown-striped young adult. Neil is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He is negative for FeLV/FIV…but 100% positive for love. Neil and his siblings were left behind a business on Front St. He was thin and scared, but easily trapped. He is adjusting well and enjoys his food and snacks.
