Note from foster home:  This poor gal was found roaming around the streets in West Virginia after being thrown out by her owners.   I don't think they paid too much attention to her since she feels a little lost and longs for love and praise every chance she gets.  Sally enjoys being outside and walks well on a leash, also is house trained and crate trained .  She's very quiet and low key, so I think she may enjoy the stimulation from kids and/or adults -she has not been cat tested.  She's very sweet, gets along with other dogs and is waiting for a loving home that will give her some attention - she perks up when ppl talk to her.

 She is not a demanding dog but does enjoy any kindness and love that comes her way.

Sally was a stray who ended up in a high kill shelter in WV.

Her adoption donation includes spaying, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming.
