Hello, HELLo, HELLO!!!! I’m Tanya, a spirited happy, fluffy, bright eyed gal only 1 year old and 15 pounds. Just the right size for a lap buddy! Being active does not deter me from being a “Snuggle Bunny”! I do love my person and LOVE to be with you, next to you, day and night. The Sparkle in my eyes show I’m a “Spirited Gal” which is not a bad thing for sure….. We girls all know it’s a high priority to make our needs known. I’m counting on my new person to teach me to control my spirit. I’m ready and willing to learn!

Such a “Smart little Gal” I am, already crate trained and “Almost” house trained. I probably should be the only dogs since I'm not so keen in sharing my toys although, the foster has other dogs and I do share there.  I should be okay with older kids (after I warm up to them) .  Kitties...... I like to chase but probably could learn to live with them.

My past is unknown, but for some reason a man with a hat does scare me so best they come “Hair Only”!! Bald works for me too!!!

So come on folks, I’m ready and waiting for my “Forever Home”, ready to learn the ropes and snuggle up for the holidays! This little Pom POM is NOT going to last for long!!!! 

I love to RUN so a fenced in backyard would be a  BIG plus....but not required.


She is all up to date with her vaccinations.

Tanya was turned into a high kill shelter in WV as a stray.

Her adoption donation includes spaying, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming.

Tanya is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting her. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.
