Cassie, who's front declawed, is a talkative, outgoing cat who quickly adjusted to her new foster home. She was dropped off at a shelter with her house mate after her previous owners developed allergies to the cats. According to information from the shelter, Cassie is great with dogs and children. She's been fine with the other foster cats. Cassie is not the typical snuggly kind of cat, but she is affectionate and loves being near her foster mom. She follows her around the house and meows insistently when her foster mom is working in her office behind a closed door. When she's let in, she finds a comfortable spot and settles in without feeling the need to walk across the computer keyboard or sit on papers her foster mom's trying to work on. She's a great companion cat for someone looking for a buddy but not necessarily a lap cat. Cassie is spayed, current on her shots and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV.
