Meet Lea -- an active, curious, 30 lb. (full grown) pup looking for her forever home. On a "wish list" would be kids, other dogs to play with, a fenced in back yard, ..... would be nice, but not necessary. Oh, add to that wish list -- attention & love. She's strong and pulls when being walked so would need a couple of obedience lessons which is fun to do as a "family activity". She's very friendly, not food aggressive, loves to be outside, we are working on house training (going pretty well), crate trained, good with other dogs but has not been tested with cats. Kids I would suggest to be over 5 b/c of her strength and energy, she has a great temperament, needs regular exercise and with training , she would make a great walking partner or running partner (not sure about latter-foster to old to test that one). She is fully grown at 30 lbs., is spayed, has all of her vaccinations, is on flea and tick meds, and is heartworm negative. Foster home requires applications from a 50 mile radius of Hershey, PA ______________________________________ Lea was turned into a very high-kill pound in WV. She is a sweet and active girl who would like a active family. Her adoption donation includes spaying, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming. Lea is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting her. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter. Other Pictures of Lea (click to see larger version):
