Charlie is the "shy girl" of the litter. Foster makes a point of picking her up and handling her as much as possible to help her get used to people. The others in this litter have warmed up over time, and Charlie will too...it is just taking her a little bit longer. She needs a person or family with patience and understanding to help her get over her shyness.
