Tanner is a tiny chihuahua rescued from WV. He loves people, is ok with other dogs if introduced slowly. Is horriable with cats. He will guard his food dish and gets a little nasty if they try to eat out of his dish. Advise feeding separately. He is about 5 pounds. He Is good on a leash. He is on meds for separation anxiety. Has collapsed disc space in 3 places and is on 2 meds for that. Currently taking 4 different kinds of meds daily. Also uses raised dish for food and water to help with disc issues. He is a little velcro dog. Loves to explore out in foster moms yard and will use pee pads inside if needed. He also has some limited vision. He just had a dental and had to have 11 teeth removed. A quiet home would be best with someone that is home alot. Tanner is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting him. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter More about TannerGood with Dogs, Not Good with Cats, Good with Kids Other Pictures of Tanner (click to see larger version):
