Lavender was one of a litter of 9 that ended up in a high kill shelter in WV. Lavender is your typical puppy. She is very playful and energetic. She loves other dogs. She is house and crate trained. Please remember that Lavender is a young puppy and will require lots of extra care in all areas of her life. She is a loving young girl and will make a wonderful companion for a very special family. Are you the family that will offer her all that she needs? If so, please complete our online adoption application. Lavender would benefit from a secure physical fenced yard and/or a very active person that enjoys outdoor activities. Fenced yards are not required to adopt;however, some breeds do thrive best with extra exercise along with their daily walks. We feel that Lavender is not suited for an apartment environment. Her adoption donation includes spaying, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming. Lavender is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting her. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.
