Lewis is a lovable young cat who is quite affectionate and loves giving and receiving attention. He's also become a lap cat. Lewis was unsure about his new circumstances when he first arrived at his foster home, but at the end of his first week, he rewarded his foster mom by jumping into her lap and purring. He's still a bit nervous about loud noises and strangers -- he disappeared into the basement when the cable guy showed up and didn't come upstairs again for hours -- and he isn't quite sure whether to run from his feline housemates or chase them because he's always looking for a playmate. But he has a really adorable personality! Lewis was a stray who showed up at the home of one of his foster mom's neighbors who took care of all of his medical needs. He's very active, as you'd expect from a cat his age, and loves to play! But he's not destructive, and he doesn't get up on things (like kitchen counters).
