Hey my name is Winston, I originally am from Mississippi, you can tell that by my Southern drawl when I bark. My caretaker died when the big storm hit Louisiana this past year. I was homeless and had no place to go, so I ended up in a shelter. It wasn't a fun place there. It was hot and the skeeters were terrible. Then this big trailer showed up and took me and a bunch of my kennel mates north. At first I wasn't thinking that this was too good an idea, but it's not so bad. The people are friendly and have taken care of me and the weather isn't too bad either. That white fluffy stuff that falls out of the sky is a little weird though, but it is kind of fun to play in. I know to go to the bathroom outside and that's a good thing. I like to play with other dogs but I don't know about cats, never been around them at all. I have a lot of energy and can play all day long. So if you're looking for a buddy, give my foster mom a call. And set up a time to come visit me, I could really use the company and would be happy to have someone and a family to call my own. Hope to see ya soon.
