Urkel is a local stray that was not claimed. He is fine with all size dogs and adults.  Because of his size, no children under 13  please.

Urkel is a truly wonderful little fellow. He's an absolute love. He hasn't had an accident, and he rarely barks. His whole world is his foster family, and he's never far from their sides.

Urkel is suffering from moderate collapsing trachea. When he gets excited, he coughs. He has seen the vet for it, and we're hoping that treatment and time will correct the issue. He is on medication which is working well, and he hasn't had a coughing incident for some time.

Urkel is very vocal when he's left alone. Because of his trachea issues, he wouldn't do well being left alone for extended periods of time.

His adoption donation includes neutering, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming.

Urkel is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting him. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.
