Elias was a stray who ended up in a very high-kill pound in WV.  We can't understand why anyone wouldn't come to claim him.  He is a really nice dog who gets along with other dogs and people. 

His adoption donation includes neutering, vaccinations, implanting of a microchip, application of flea meds and worming.

Elias is in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting him. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.
