Great with other cats!

Joni is a young charmer who may not be the cutest cat around; her one eye gives her a slightly peculiar look. But she has one of the cutest personalities you'll ever find! She's very friendly and playful and lots of fun to watch while she's batting around little mice or balls. I often hear the sound of those balls when I'm downstairs, and she's upstairs. She's also become a lap cat, snuggling in often to watch TV with me. She's great with the other cats she lives with and loves being petted. She probably has limited vision in her one eye, but you certainly can't tell. Based on a vet check, no treatment is needed or even possible.

Joni is such a little cat. In the past. when people told me about having adult cats who weighed only 5 or 6 pounds, it was hard to believe, but now I get it. Joni is about 1 1/2 years old and only weighs 6 pounds! And as playful as she is, she may never weigh much more.

Joni was found in a stray cat colony in Dillsburg. When the caretakers noticed that there was a new cat, they trapped her, got her spayed and vaccinated, and then reached out to Castaway Critters to take her in because she was so friendly and little, they didn't want to put her back outside. Joni has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV and is microchipped.

Joni was living at the adoption center at Petco Mechancisburg for a short time, and I'm so glad to have her home. I missed her energy and happy-go-lucky attitude.
